Returns/Exchanges:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund.
- This must arrive back with us within the 14 days
- It must be un-opened and un-used so it can be re-sold
- You will be refunded the same way you paid excluding the postage cost
- You can also choose to exchange your item – to do this please contact us on info@missubeautynetwork.co.uk within the 14 days.
Please return to Missu Returns, Office B1, Blainscough lane, Chorley, PR7 5HT, the UK. Along with a note including your name, address, contact number/email, the order number and your reason for return. This can take up to 14 days to process.
Faulty/Defective Products:
If your order has arrived damaged then this is the responsibility of the courier. (Royal Mail, UK Mail, FedEx) You must get in touch with them to make your complaint.
If you believe the item is faulty or defective and is not due to damage in transit then you must return it to MISSU.
Once we receive the item(s) back it will be investigated and sometimes returned to the manufacturer for further investigation. A decision will then be made as to whether we believe the item is in fact faulty. If we believe the product is not faulty we will return it to you and assist you with how to use it correctly. If we believe it is faulty we will either exchange or issue a refund.
